The product is great, very happy, but there was a ridiculous amount of packaging and paraphernalia, some of it was fun, but a lot of it was unjustified, with a suggestion that I then re-use it – just don't create it in the first place and save the planet, rather than being pre-occupied with how funny and clever you think you are – it's a bit dated and tedious!!

Well, how does one commence in complimenting? Attention to detail impeccable. Works well from general to the particular. The customer is always right. You have more than satisfied such criteria.

From start to finish..bloody excellent service!. I don’t normally buy Shirts or Ties direct from the website unless I physically see the product!..but having worked in Ozzie myself , and knowing how good their products are in this area..I decided to dive in since NZ is losing its touch. The price also was just right..and it was cheaper than buying in NZ. From ordering to receiving..took about 48hrs..great service from DHL and follow through etc Big choice of both ties and matching pocket squares to choose from. Quality is also fantastic And iam still waiting for my Beer to celebrate this purchase!

The tie I purchased was good quality but the cufflinks and tie clip looked and felt they were from a Christmas cracker- light, tinny, and small.

Not one to leave a bad review, but after reading the ties were "designed in Australia" and "styled in Italy," I bought one, only to find it was Made in China. I scoured the website, and couldn't find anywhere they mentioned it! And returning it from the US is $40+, so I just gave it to the postal clerk. If you're gonna sell Chinese goods, let your customers know. Update: Company returned my payment even though I didn't have the tie anymore. Customer service was great. But company should be more transparent.

The tie and pocket square were clearly well made and exactly as depicted. Received quickly and in good order.

The shirt was great. The collar and sleeve length was perfect and the fabric was wonderful with a smooth feel to it. My problem was the fit across the chest was a bit too tight which unfortunately made it not wearable for me. This was the classic fit shirt, and I wish it did fit better because I would love to have kept it. Bummer

The designs and colors of the ties and pocket squares were as represented by OTAA! That's not always the case, and we are excited to include OTAA in our best shopping category.

Beware of returns!! I ended up having to pay 3 times the cost of the item I purchased to return others I ordered. It’s VERY unclear from the site that this is the case. You better LOVE what you bought because if not be prepared for a complete shock. 💯 NOT WORTH IT.
