I’ve been struggling for a while now to find good quality classic ties. However, I received my tie today from OTAA and was thoroughly impressed. The craftsmanship and fabric are excellent. A proper classic tie. Five stars

Scam. For returns, you have to pay full shipping to Australia. Hope you like what you ordered and if not, that is light! Because this is akin to a "no returns" policy.

I thought the range and ease of ordering was great, that was until my package arrived, I tell you what, top notch guys, could not have been more surprised at the care taken, super fast shipping and the packaging, as a retailer you guys need to run a master class - or don't, when you're clearly the best in the biz let the rest wonder why you guys are crushing it! The filter options are great - make it very easy to find exactly what you want without wading through what you don't want. Great selection of colours, patterns, fabric and accessories. Heading off to a wedding in the coming weeks and was able to match a tie and pocket square perfectly for husband to my dress colour. The package arrived promptly, and the packaging is gorgeous. Quirky, fun - and as promised!

After a string of disappointing online shopping experiences, we decided to test the waters with two tweed ties from The Brothers at OTAA. And wow—what a pleasant surprise! The quality and workmanship are absolutely top-notch, rivaling high-end European brands at a much more affordable price. Even better, the ties actually surpassed the images online—something that almost never happens! But it wasn’t just the ties that impressed us. The packaging was beautifully done, the included card gave us a good laugh, and their emails were both informative and entertaining (without overwhelming our inbox—bonus points for that!). Great products, awesome customer service. I had some difficulties during the ordering process but the guys were patient and helpful all throughout. Ended up receiving my order on time and was impressed by the branding, packaging and attention to detail. Very well done 👍🏻

I ordered a no-iron shirt. It was comforting to see they asked for my age, size, etc.. At the time of ordering, they said they were going to send me a size XL 42-44, which is the size I usually wear. When the shirt arrived, it was a size S 38. It doesn't come within 15 inches of being able to be buttoned, a total rip-off. The Brothers spend too much time writing clever promotionals and not enough time minding details for the customer. Rather than order from these blokes again, I would be more inclined to fart in their pudding.

Bought a bunch of bow ties as gifts to our family for our wedding day. Arrived in plastic sleeves, not in boxes as you'd normally expect, so now at a loss for how to package these as gifts in 2 days time. Very disappointing for a $50 bow tie.. x4. Should have gone with the boxed bow ties at David Jones. They're nice but not great presentation..

Love everything about this company, the humour, the service and particularly the products. My hubby was gifted some products and now all his mates want the same things so we ve bought more stuff for him and cricket bat tie pins for days for all his cricket mad mates 🤣 still have more to buy but are saving up for the rest of them. The pocket squares are divine, the ties are fantastic. The only thing I d say which happens with every website, the colours are sometimes are a bit out which is unavoidable, hubby thought he was getting a bright orange pocket square but it’s more of a mustard rust in real life. Other colours though are bang on. The team is great and we will be customers for life. Thanks men 🙏
