I received ties as a gift and they were poorly made. OTAA did right by sending two new ones. However; one of the new ones was poor quality again. I tried to reach out and they ignored me which is totally unprofessional and not the experience that a customer would hope to have. They have decent ties but fail to acknowledge their shortcomings or customers concerns.

The packaging/presentation is terrific. The ties are cool gifts for this mama to give to her boys (ages 45, 42, 38, and 33!).

I had an issue with a pocket square that I had purchased which didn't match the picture ( see previous review) Ben and the OTAA crew bent over backwards to resolve the issue and made sure I was satisfied. Everything from how easy to order to the AMAZING customer service. I ordered kids bowties by mistake. I quickly realized this and emailed them and they quickly corrected it and sent out the right ones with no hassles. Arrived quickly, they are great and look fantastic. Honestly I have not been so impressed with a company from start to finish in a long time. Plus funny as hell.

Easily completed purchase, expeditiously handled. Quality of the collar pin appears excellent. I own and have owned a number of these over the years and have a suggestion for your supplier. The better ones I have owned all have a tapered point on the threaded end to aid joining the "ball" to the pin. Sight and dexterity not being as they once were, using this pin will be a challenge.

Just received the bowtie and necktie the black and white stripes. Very classy looking ! My job requires to wear neck ties and at times I attend to events that requires formal attire. People always ask me where I purchased my neckties and bowties, because they are very "Hip". I get a lot of attention when I wear these ties. Thank you so much for making quality formal attire. Excellent variety and quality!

The pattern is exactly the same as pictured. The colors are perfect for our wedding colors.
