Once my rx was approved by my vet, the company shipped it out and I received it without issue...just as I ordered. I got a great price compared with other retailers and I would use this company again.

Wasn't informed vet didn't approve refill. As soon as I checked on why I hadn't received meds, after approval received meds in a timely manner.

They have the lowest prices and at first I thought they were too good to be true. I have also called several times and always get a great customer service rep to answer any questions. My dog takes anti seizure meds and it gives me peace of mind that her meds will come on time.

We recently received an order that was incorrect...it was a canine supplement and we ordered a feline supplement. I immediately contacted customer service and was told the correct supplement would be sent out immediately and would have a return label to send back the incorrect order.
