I was amazed at the gals in customer service who were so patient and persistent at helping me resolve an issue with getting a veterinarian to ok the medicine I've been purchasing for my dog for over a year. They did go above and beyond to make certain I was able to get the medicine for my dog! Thanks again!!!

I ordered Revolution for my cats on February 24 & did not receive the order until March 7. When I noticed that the charge had not been posted in my PayPal account, I called Vet approved RX only to find out that they had not received a Rx from my vets office. I then followed up with the vets office & made sure the Rx was faxed, then when the charge was still pending in PayPal I again had to call, only to find out that the Revolution was out of stock.... Now to their credit, they did upgrade the shipping to USPS priority mail, when it came in, however the customer should not have to keep calling & checking on an order. If there is a problem with an order the customer should be notified. Disappointed in the customer service, will have to think about it seriously before reordering.....

I have ordered from you twice, in both cases I paid extra for faster shipping. First order I paid for 2 day shipping, still took 5-6 days to get my order. Called customer service and was told it was a holiday weekend, the pharmacist wasn't able to approve the order until 3 days after placing the order, the "2 day shipping" doesn't start until the order is actually shipped. So the offer of 2 day shipping is misleading at best. 2nd order I also paid for expedited shipping, still took over a week, definitely not pleased. Their shipping policy needs to be explained more clearly on their website. As a positive, the customer service rep was very polite and courteous, but I did expect some kind of compensation for the slow shipping, she was unable to help with that. Other than the shipping issue, they seem to provide the appropriate product at a decent price.

Bought meds 3 times from these folks. Each time, they worked to find the most cost effective way to buy. They took care of contacting my vet for the prescription. In one case, because I'd changed a pet's name, and neglected to let the vet know, there was some confusion ( all my fault ). They followed up with me, got the problem resolved, and I got the meds. And they are just such nice, regular people. Not just order taking, move along to the next call, phone bank drones.
