I have two problems..1 Their contact with my vet takes too long with minimal follow up. 2 Hard to track shipment and status. Pending and or Completed doesn't tell me a lot. Need email when shipped with link to carrier. Did get email that it was delivered. No problem with refill other than tracking/shipping info. My dog is taking heart medicine so if it is not going to arrive in time I need to make other plans.

This last time they were having a problem contacting my vet for a new Rx on our flea/tick/heartworm med. Turned out he had a new phone number but they tracked him down and consistently (and quickly!) returned my calls to keep me informed. The shipping is always fast, and the service is a model of what other companies should aspire to.

United States | 25 August 2017I mailed a prescription (which included 3 refills on the handwritten prescription pad) to VetApprovedRX for my dog's allergy meds, which they lost. So I had to go through the additional hassle of having to call my vet's office to have them contact the company to verify the Rx was legit (which they already were not making easy since I didn't buy the Rx through them to begin with). They have good prices, but customer service lacks attention to detail that was necessary in my transaction. I might think twice about future Rx purchases through them in the future.

United States | 24 August 2017When I ordered puppy Prozac, they didn't tell me that they were out of it. It was ordered on 8/11 (I believe) and I kept looking for it and it hadn't come. So I called them on 8/16 (I believe) and they told me that they had not had it when it was ordered and that they were overnighting it to me with no additional cost to me. You know, it would have been nice if when ordered, they had told me that they didn't have it at the time. There was never going to be a charge for shipping because the cost was over $50.00. I feel that it is a matter of trust.
