I had been disappointed with the florist choice selection but Shea changed some flowers for me. Stephen phoned and was very understanding.Everything was resolved amicably and I will definitely buy there again.

Quick delivery which is what I needed. I was a bit disappointed with the photos I saw of them as it just looked a jumbled mess of literally everything that could be thrown at it in a florists. I had decided to go with this company as I thought they looked more contemporary and stylish and this was definitely not what was made for my order. Grateful they were delivered as requested though.

Use twice a year to send flowers to my mum . Always deliver a great bunch . No problems just a happy mother .

Unfortunately they were unable to fulfil my order, and then had a delay getting a full refund back via PayPal. Delay was approx 3 days to get the full amount back. Disappointed no one rang me to explain rather than getting an email to inform me they couldn’t fulfil the order.

Looking on line at the many posys and sprays to choose from I ordered a lovely yellow and white posy.it was delivered to the cemetery on the day and I was very pleased to see that it matched the photo exactly. I would definitely use them again.

I ordered the jug bouquet on the website and chose pastel flowers, I assumed the jug would be cream as shown on the website and it was the colour i wanted. When it arrived it was a green and grey jug, not to my taste. The flower selection was a little disappointing with some flowers in fullest bloom and other not open yet. I felt it wasn't worth the £40,00 i spent on it.
