Customer Service is unbelievable. The owner will call you. I had ordered 2 kinds of 8mm beads and 1 4mmof a different kind as that is all that was available. The owner himself, dave called to let me know he had the 4mm bead in 8mm if I wanted it. Which it just so happens I did. He was absolutely wonderful!!!
