If you are ever in the need for beads of any kind and great customer service than you must shop at the Arizona bead company.

I received the item quickly and was happy with the item. However I do not understand your postage policy. I saw a total but next to it was stated that I would not be charged that amount. What does this mean? I think your practice is deceptive and misleading.

The product arrived in a timely manner and looks very nice. My only suggestion would be to be more clear as to the size of beads ordered. When I ordered 4mm I figured the beads would be 4mm in width. In actuality, they are not. I'm assuming that 4mm is referring to the circumference ...? Anyway, they look nice and I'll use them for another purpose. Thank you!

I have already told some of my friends about the product selection and the expediency of delivery afforded by Arizona Bead Company.
