Flooring delivered promptly- underlay separate from flooring as it comes direct from manufacturer. It looks great and is easy to install. Ideally would like to give 4.5 stars - only down side was that the longer boards (my chosen flooring was supplied in random lengths) were a bit banana shaped along the length, which meant they were a bit trickier to click/lock. I would suggest wearing some form of safety glove as splinters are lethal, but that goes with the territory when dealing with ply substrate. Overall would recommend this product. However if installing yourself, ensure you have a mitre saw and jigsaw/bandsaw to make fitting as easy as possible.
