If there was a way to score 0, I would. They are so hard to deal with when shopping online, or having issues. Also, common sense, when you call for extra information, leave a message. That simply shows unprofessionalism: calling, no message. I was expecting items to be delivered in a say or two as per checkout info, not 5-6days. Then you call, not leaving a message … lousy. Bottom line, i will never buy from you again. Sure, the friendliest when you go and shopping from store, but even then you get ignored when someone is buying a lot, and you’re looking for just “something”. Prices are good, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Better spend an extra dollar, but not helping this shitty company grow.

Ordered a mirror on the 6th, over two weeks ago and it still hasn't left the warehouse. Called their customer service and appears the 3rd party who they have contracted/outsourced to complete deliveries is a complete nightmare. The customer service reps can't even find out where items are or when they will be delivered. Trade depot owners should relook at who they contract to cos it's an absolute shit show.

If I could give a ZERO star, I would. No accountability, no follow-up, and when you question a missing order, they either hang up on you, or want to agree. Don't ever buy anything from here via their website, as you will highly likely never see it, and then have a major issue trying to get a refund.

Items were are described, sent quickly and arrived in good condition. Delivery instructions to leave parcel were carried out as instructed. A very efficient service and would happily trade again.

Trade Depot were brilliant to deal with. A special shout out to Caitlin who provided fantastic customer service, going above and beyond to make the whole process easy. She even responded within 30 minutes on a public holiday, which was so impressive. Caitlin kept me updated at every step, letting me know about a delivery delay on one item (the other was delivered within 48 hours) and tracking my order through to completion. Her communication and dedication were top-notch. A great first shopping experience with Trade Depot - I’d happily use them again and recommend them to others. Brilliant service!

I won't buy from this company again. Orders are often shipped only in parts and I had to wait a week or longer for the remaining parts to arrive. I am currently waiting for 4 weeks for 2 packs of screws. I contacted their customer service twice but nothing happens even though that the screws are in stock in Hamilton and Auckland.

Found the perfect dishwasher for us at a very competitive price. Delivery was 2 days later, on time and free of charge. Overall a great outcome, the dishwasher works perfectly. Recommend that you check out their showroom.

The driver was amazingly quick and helpful. I was ready with my relative to carry my fridge into my home, however the delivery driver brought the fridge right into my home where I planned for it to go. I wasn't expecting that but I am extremely grateful!!! Thank you.

Purchased Stainless steel decking screws, Very poor quality product. These screws will sheer when put under very low load. I would not recommend buying them.

Probably the worst delivery service company I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication is so poor. I ordered a washing machine on the 07/11/2024. I still have not received it. I was told it was out for dispatch on the 15/11 didn’t arrived and no communication around this. I have called multiple time to try and get an answer on when it will be delivered. They can’t even tell me when it will be delivered. Unbelievable really. I don’t write reviews but I write this one to warn people of this company. If you can shop elsewhere.
