I ordered a fridge freezer for delivery and was set to be delivered on Saturday 23rd November, I received a text stating it was 18 minutes away, it didn’t arrive as there was a major car accident blocking the entrance to the township so the driver turned around. It’s now 2nd December and I have called constantly to only have useless customer service, no idea what is going on, no communication skills, telling me different things each time, only to get a similar reply… we’ll send a order number and someone will be in touch with you! NOT GOOD ENOUGH, I have been the only one making contact to no good answer and still NO FRIDGE BEEN DELIVERED!!! I have been waiting since the 23rd November !!! No answer no communication no NOTHING!!! Honestly does it take that long to get in touch with a customer??? Does it take an extra 2 weeks to deliver the goods??? Where is my fridge freezer??? Edited update. The communication was still horrible and the whole experience was terrible!!!! I have been in touch with the commerce commission and also requested a full refund. I also had to go through Afterpay to get a response from trade depot as they were not communicating with me. Thanks to Afterpay my money has been refunded.

Purchased a freezer got confirmation of delivery day arrived no freezer next day contacted trade depot, was told freezer had been returned to there depot as it was damaged, i asked for a refund was told would take 24hrs. I rung them after 24hrs thats when everything turned nasty. Was yelled at spoken over hung up on twice an there is no person to complain to. Would never recommend this company to buy from absolutley rude disgusting behaviour..

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Brought a product online, it said it was in stock with 2-4 day delivery time frame..its now been 3 weeks and every message Ive sent to follow it up I have not had 1 reply!!!! Where is the item I paid for!!!!

Fantastic range of well priced goods. Have used many items from Trade depot and all have lasted the distance. One instance of a problem and their Customer Services jumped on it and resolved it promptly, no questions asked so if you think good pricing comes at the cost of after sales service, think again with the Trade Depot.
