Clear comms, clean delivery

I ordered an oven got email to say it would be delivered on Friday received the same message in a txt Friday morning, waited all day till 4pm and rang customer service to ask where my delivery was, I was told deliveries where running late I thought OK and continued to wait. I received this TXT at 7.04pm Your Trade Depot delivery is 1 hour away click the link blah blah then I get a TXT Trade Depot is on the way in about 13 minutes then I get this TXT at 7.09pm Trade Depot driver Amandeep tried to deliver/pickup but failed. Please email to reschedule. I believe TD Trucks had no intentions of delivering my product how can you go from 1hr away to 13 minutes away then failed delivery all in 5 minutes which was the times on TXT messages 7.04pm to 7.09pm my boarder was outside for an hour and NO TD trucks came down our street. On the Commerce Commission website, I looked up Unconscionable Conduct SYSTEM OR PATTERN OF CONDUCT. TD Trucks has the pattern of deception and lies mastered. They (TD Trucks) just DON'T GIVE A DAMN. I drove to Hamilton to pick up my order myself HELLO they couldn't find it and didn't know where it was the nice manager refunded my delivery fee and got me a replacement to take home. Trade Depot shouldn't offer a delivery service if they CAN'T DELIVER. In reply to your answer there were no road closures in my area only going towards Taupo and the detour went right passed my house. He should have known that in advance, BEFORE he left the depot to make deliveries poor logistics on TD TRUCKS if he didn't. To me its still a pattern of excuses, you CAN'T have people sitting around ALL DAY TILL 8PM AT NIGHT waiting for something thats not coming, one poor woman on here waited 3 days in a row. Should be ashamed at the way you run this service.

I purchased a shower from them, liner is broken. Ordered two toilets, none included s or p trap. One toilet paint peels off. No customer service to speak off. Toilet installation diagrams shows bottom water inlet valve and float, included are side inlet valves which does not work for a flush wall mounted toilet. Will not recommend dealing ever with this company. Also, I returned 2 s-traps weeks ago, still waiting for the refund. Had to buy a shower liner from Bunnings. I should have read the reviews first. Expensive learning.

Very good website. Easy to order - hard to go wrong when the diagram of each product is provided. Competitive prices. Only took two days after ordering to receive items at the front door.

From ordering to delivery this was an easy and quick process

3 weeks and no goods. Initially told order packed and shipped, yet the actual tracking shows it hasn't even been packed, let alone shipped. 5 enquiries ignored. You can't complain about the service if there isn't any.

Cheap solar panels. Too bad they never arrived.

I made an click and collect order from the Christchurch store on Sunday 6 October web site showing stock available so went in on Monday to collect to be told there were no stock. I checked website on Saturday morning and it showed item in stock so went in to collect and was told once again that there were none in stock.This is very time consuming as I have to travel across town. It would really help if the website was updated. A team member Monica made contact and was very apologetic about the the situation and all has been resolved.🙂
