Most helpful and kind staff i have honestly ever worked with, ordered 2 fridge freezers from them which i love. Delivery was so quick i think it was about 48 hrs from when i made payment. And my delivery driver was very friendly going the extra mile to help. I will definitely be using trade depot in the future.

Waiting over 1 month for a delivery... Have been lied to and told it will be delivered yesterday. Still no sign of it and no tracking update. On hold for over 20 mins and they would not answer the phone. DO NOT USE

After emails back and forth in regards to a fridge I'd purchased with the tracking not showing it had moved from the depot, I finally received it today. The guy who delivered it probably weighed less than the fridge itself and watching him unload it from the truck was questionable. I plugged the fridge in and it didn't work. Sent an email to trade depot while I was simultaneously on hold with them on the phone.. managed to get to the first of the queue only to be hung up on and it being after 5pm (I was on hold for 30 minutes prior). We had a look at the motherboard above the fridge and it's clearly damaged, sent photos to trade depot in an email with no response. I will never use this company again.

Twice now I have had huge delays in deliveries, on get goods after waiting weeks and making multiple phone calls. Goods with multiple parts I.e showers, vanities turn up in dribs and drabs, such a shame that their rubbish deliver service lets them down.

Worst Experience I ordered about 5k worth of bathroom and kitchen things, shower, vanity, taps etc, dishwasher. they said will be delivered within 2 weeks as everything was in stock. 1 and 1/2 months later still chasing them up to find out where my stuff is. Everything has been sent out individually. Have called maybe 20 times in the past couple of weeks trying to sort out where and when my stuff will arrive. Takes about 45mins before someone answers then quite often I get hung up on with no call returned. As doing bathroom and kitchen reno have planed everything around this, have mucked my plumbers and builders around greatly. Everything has come in a very rough state. Boxing has been wet and falling to pieces. My vanity was left out in the rain, has a hole in the back, and chipping around the edges, has obviously been dropped in the warehouse. Shower glass was not boxed correctly one small piece of wrapping around it and a wet box, it practically fell open. My dishwasher has dings all up the side of it. Have sent maybe about 10 emails. Only one response which was an automated message stating that they will investigate the tracking eta. No warning from delivery services they just dump it on front door and left, no opportunity for me to even check the condition. I emailed about the damages and they offered me $100 in store voucher. No way I’d be using there services again. Yes they look nice and are affordable. But not that affordable that they should be delivered in that state and no way of contacting.

Depot assistant was readily available and gave me fair and objective feedback regarding my inquiries about fridge /freezer options that enabled me to make an informed decision. He took me through the purchase process which was straight forward and clearly explained the delivery process. The person who delivered the refrigerator/freezer (Ron) provided outstanding service: clear initial and followup communication, quick delivery service and arrived at the agreed time. He unloaded the product and went the extra mile to transport the product across challenging pathways to my doorstep. Ron was very friendly, energetic and respectful. Excellent service thank you

We were told deli ery would be Wednesday, we thought it wouldn't happen but at 6.20pm Naveen delivered exactly what we had ordered and helped get it inside. The product was well packaged and looks great.

Every step, right from placing my order to receiving the item, was done well and on time. Initially my order didn't go through, but a CS rep (Kathleen P) from TD called me the next day and was very helpful in supporting me with the order.

Ordered a dishdrawer on Boxing Day sales. Great price. Delivered and installed within a very reasonable timeframe considering it was over the holidays. Both the delivery guys and the installer were helpful and nice.

There is a great selection of products as very competitive prices. The only two issues I have are: 1. The lack of carparks 2. The lack of staff at the checkout and/or customer service desk. On saying this, I will definatley be back again. Thank you for the great bargain.
