Our washing machine stopped working after 3 years but after some confusion between staff at Trade Depot, Ben Andrews has kindly arranged for our washing machine to be collected and repaired free of charge. Good to have it back, goes well and we appreciate the service. Thank you Trade me.

Order placed 2 days before Xmas. Unexpectedly quick delivery - 3 days - despite destination being 8hr drive from warehouse and it being a heavy holiday period. First delivery notice was for delivery on Boxing Day but we were away from home so we asked for 24hr deferral. This change was easily accommodated. Great service.

Staff will flat out refuse to help you if you get within about an hour of closing time, just sitting there staring at you. I offered to go get my own items, and was told they were out the back, they didn't feel like being them, and they couldn't be bothered working. Waste of a trip Edit: customer service in Auckland is fantastic, they emailed an apology and took steps to help fix it, it's a shame they were let down by the initial staff

Ordered a freezer. It arrived quickly but had three large dents in the door. I was not able to tell the delivery driver as he left before I could inspect. They replaced the freezer after offering a voucher that I rejected. The second freezer also had ripples in the door but not as bad, suspect a bad batch of product. At this stage I accepted a voucher due to the trouble of another swap. Customer service was good, but a bit frustrating to start with. It takes a bit to get the right person to help.

Very happy customer 🥰. I bought a 9kg washing machine on Thursday and it arrived on Friday. Was not expecting it so soon especially with it being Christmas. Great service. Fast and efficient. Highly recommend doing business with.

Great product and friendly service

I purchased a vogue sigma artificial vanity top and base from trade depot Hamilton. The top has developed a hairline crack on the inside of the basin. I emailed the company and they will not replace the top. They claim we have damaged it externally. We know this is not the case. Very disappointing service.

I have tried to deal with this company a couple of times now. Never again, poor service around receiving products. If you don't mind waiting for months and get drip feed the go for it. It takes months to receive all the stock ordered. Never again, such a waste of time and money!
