Ordered & delivered in 7 days. Easy to build but disappointed when the display screen was not level. Contacted Origin Service and support was friendly and first class. Replacement part received and fitted in 2 days.

Great experience with Origin, ordered a set of weights from Origin and some workout mats, started freaking out because of the bad reviews left but honestly was no reason to freak out the customer support is available through emails only probs because of Covid which is understandable, got a confirmation that my order is processed and after 4 days wa notified my order was sent out and will be supplied on a pallet. After 5 days the order was supplied to the curb next to my house. Overall good communication, Great quality equipment, Great price and fast shipping what more can you ask. Thanks Origin for hooking me up with quality equipment for my home gym.

Delivery was slower than usual, undoubtedly due to the disease, but the staff were incredibly helpful, order was promptly delivered when it was dispatched, and I'm 100% satisfied with the quality of the product

Thanks Four stars rather 5 as the items were not well packaged and one plate had come out of its box in transit. Sadly for the world I am used to the speeds of Amazon prime and two weeks felt like a long wait compared to next day delivery 🤣

I ordered 17.5kg, 42kg and 46kg dumbbells. I received 1 set of 48kg dumbbells and nothing else. I’ve sent three emails to ask what’s happening with my order but had no reply. Normally I’ve had an excellent service from Origin, so it’s disappointing that this has happened on this occasion. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Good sturdy weights. Packaging very bashed on arrival, but the weights were unaffected and remained in good condition.
