Unfortunately some of my order went missing in transit but Origin did sort it out and communication was excellent. I would order from them again. The equipment is of high quality and comfortable to use.

This company are ace. I ordered a studio barbell set which the delivery company lost half of so they upgraded me to a better replacement. Communication was excellent and they are really lovely. Highly recommended.

On the whole a good company. They had no 5KG plates and made up with 2.5's. A little bit slow but under the circumstances not too bad. That said, Origin kept me informed as to how things were progressing. Overall a decent lot to deal with and the product is excellent quality. The delivery guy was really helpful also.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery

I ordered a 32kg cast iron kettlebell from Origin. It was my second purchase from them, having previously bought a 28kg for them. The quality of the kettlebell is excellent and the delivery was really prompt (FYI it comes in a massive wooden pallet to protect the kettlebell). Overall, an outstanding product at a more reasonable price than peers.

The purchase of our stages spin was simple from the beginning. We were kept informed of our orders progress. Only downside was I rearranged the delivery date, but it arrived on the original date fortunately before I’d left home for the day. It had 2 feet missing, but the issue was dealt with immediately and rather feet arrived the following day. Excellent customer service.

I ordered an ex-demo model but received a brand new spin bike due to stock shortages - a good thing! :) Unfortunately, the bike was damaged but after sending photos to the support team, they quickly organised an engineer to come and repair the bike. Great quality prompt delivery and good customer service

When first ordered my Toaster Rack Good ,only to find that when arrived the last part of the rack would not fit size weight in one section. Have tried Email calling all to no avail . Customer service no so good

Got some 42kg dumb bells for an unbelievable price. Other sites charge double for their dumb bells and up to £60 delivery. I think the delivery was about £9 so i am happy with the money iv saved and its nice to have some heavy weight at home. Just waiting for the hex dumb bells to come back in stock so i can buy some 20’s and 30’s

The payment service was problematic and the packaging was poor as it was pretty much broken on arrival. Packaging needs to be a little more robust for these types of heavy equipment
