RD2 Rubber Dumbbells arrived a bit worn out, though not described as used on the site and Cast Iron Kettlebell slightly scuffed but new. Overall happy with my purchase, price and order- much needed.

Having been waiting on my order for nearly 8 weeks now. And waiting for an email response for 3 weeks. Not even sure my order is going to come. My previous experience was fine. No issues. I understand people Are under pressure, but this still is not right. I’ve left a voicemail today as no answer, hopefully will get an outcome. Edit: Eva below called and did what she could to resolved the issue.

I bought a kettlebell and think it is a good quality product at good value. However I have given three stars for service which has been non-existent. The product took around two weeks to arrive and between order placing and dispatch there was no communication informing of a delay or what was happening, I reached out to try and find out if there was an issue but phones were not answered and neater was email
