I'm still new to the site but I have had a good experience so far with sbk I received my 40 free bet after my 10 euro bet was settled and won a small amount that I was able to withdraw and received on the same day so all good so far I would recommend to others 👍

Dear Smarkets Support Team, I am writing to formally complain about the prolonged suspension of my Smarkets account, which has been inactive for over a year, despite my repeated attempts to comply with your verification requests. My account holds a significant balance of €4,665.30, and I have done everything requested to verify my identity and the source of my funds. Initially, I was asked to provide identification and a statement of my deposits via Skrill, which I promptly submitted. Following that, I was required to present a third-party statement to verify the origin of my transactions. While I found this request questionable in terms of legality, I managed to convince the third party to provide the requested document. However, after submitting the third-party statement, I was surprised to receive yet another request. This time, you asked for additional details about that person’s transactions, including movements involving yet another individual. You even requested an account statement from this other person. This level of inquiry is highly concerning, as it involves personal and private financial information that does not directly pertain to my account. I find these demands to be excessive, intrusive, and highly questionable from a legal and ethical standpoint. Due to personal circumstances, including the impact of a severe storm (DANA) affecting my family, I had to momentarily pause my efforts to resolve this issue. However, I later contacted your support team again, requesting access to my funds, but received no response. Instead, I recently received an email stating that my account has been inactive for 11 months and that, in accordance with your terms and conditions, my balance will begin to be deducted by €5 per month unless I log in. Given that I have already provided all requested documents and have not received a resolution, I find this unacceptable. I am now resuming my efforts to resolve this matter and expect Smarkets to review my case fairly. I kindly request immediate action to either reactivate my account or allow me to withdraw my funds without further delays. Hi SBK Team, I wanted to share my experience with your platform. While the 2% commission is a positive aspect, I cannot recommend SBK to others due to severe liquidity limitations imposed after making some profits. This makes it impossible to operate efficiently for those who trade. Unfortunately, competitors handle this much better, offering a fairer environment for traders. If you truly aim to improve your platform, addressing these restrictions should be a priority. Best, Omar

I recently had a frustrating experience with SBK that highlighted just how poor their customer service is when it comes to handling bet void requests. I accidentally placed a duplicate bet and immediately reached out to their support team, expecting them to understand the situation and void the bet as a goodwill gesture something many other bookmakers would do without hesitation. Instead, I was met with unhelpful responses and was told my only option was to cash out. The problem? The cash-out value was less than my original stake, which is absolutely ridiculous. Why should I be penalised for an honest mistake, especially when the bet hadn’t even started? SBK’s refusal to void the duplicate bet and their unwillingness to offer any reasonable solution show a complete lack of customer care. Most reputable betting platforms recognise that errors happen and provide fair resolutions, but SBK clearly prioritises their profits over treating customers fairly. If you’re looking for a bookmaker with good customer service, avoid SBK at all costs. Their policies are rigid, their support is unhelpful, and their cash-out system is just another way to take more of your money. A truly disappointing experience.

Created a account , deposited ÂŁ10 ( so I could bet and recieve the offer of ÂŁ40 in free bets ) , sent my identification to authenticate my account , before I could place a bet my account suspended saying its a duplicate account even though I've never had a account before, emailed a few times regarding my ÂŁ10 I deposited ( which you shouldn't have been allowed to do before all authentication was done ) ! So avoid at all costs clearly a scam betting site. Luckily only down ÂŁ10

Panicked after reading some of the reviews as i deposited by apple pay, couldnt withdraw the same way. Contacted live chat got through to Seb he was really polite and helped me to withdraw winnings been told up to 6 days for winnings to get to account fingers crossed

Awful site deposited £30 on a Friday, won £110 decided to withdraw. Went on live chat and asked how long it takes to reach my bank account seeing as I was new to the site and didn’t know the processing times. She told me maximum 24 hours until funds are in my account. 5 days later still haven’t received anything and whenever I go on to the live chat I get the same thing. “ the team are looking into this please be patient” stay away!

I really like sbk. It's becoming a go to for me along with paddy power and a couple others. The live chat help so far is top notch. Withdrawals and deposits are fast enough and I trust sbk. Odds could be a little better and a live casino and slots would be great. All in all I'm happy using sbk and promotions are ok too. I recommend.

I deposited £20 and after having difficulty betting decided to withdraw my money. This is proving impossible. Online chat say it’s because my RBS card won’t allow funds paid by Applepay, so recommended I use another payment method and recommended Revolut, so I paid in another £10.Tried to withdraw and no link to 2nd card won’t allow so unable to do this. Then online chat say i must provide photos of myself, new card, sort code etc. Serious alarm bells and my bank has said do not supply these details.In limbo. Have I been scammed ?

Not impressed. Signed up for the bonus and so far it took over 12 hours just to receive 10 pound of the bonus I’ve not seen anything to do with the other 30. Other promotions are instant with the bonuses, recommend other sites such as betfred and sky
