They have a generous return policy in comparison to other resellers. It would be better if they could signal to the buyer that the return process has begun. It’s clear they received the returned item because of a signature. They should find a way to note it on their website even if it takes 10 business days to complete.

Great customer service

Yoogi's Closet ships out their products fast and they are all very carefully boxed. They are a great company. UPS is a different story. Since I have to sign for the packages, they will only deliver once. I most always have to chase my packages down. They are not left at the address posted on their website and I usually have to call them to find out where they left them. Very frustrating.

Quite details items especially I only am interested in bags. Ok detail picture even sometime I find the damage part is not really clear. At last, just happy that I can have a designer bag with less cheaper price. I stop buying regular bag since I know Yoogi's Closet.

Please don’t believe these fake five star reviews. I recently sent them a Tiffany ring and they emailed me claiming that the dust pouch was empty and will not pay me and are trying to blame on ups. The interesting thing is that they won’t provide security footage to my attorney or myself nor will they provide ups claim details. I have sold 20+ items to Fashionphile and suggest you sell there too.

You list a gucci handbag that has 2 straps. 561292 Diana tote. One strap is missing. You would not change your listing. That is deceitful. You list the original list price. You did not disclose that the strap is missing. That is lying and highly dishonest. It is not that price with the signature web strap missing. I have been a good customer for years. I bought jutst a pair of earring and paid $25 shipping fee. After 20 days I still not receive the item. "RIDICULOUS" What Yogis reply was not totally TRUE. I wrote to this site and asked to check why the package was in Mexico for 2 weeks time and still not finish clearance. They refuse to do so and just replied me that for international shipping would take longer time. Than I had to SCREAM to them and than you open a claim. This site not bother to check what really happen to the package in the first place. really "IRRESPONSIBLE" shopping site. really "HORRIBLE" shopping experience.
