Fast and efficient response and delivery. Fantastic logs absolutely ideal for our wood burner. The kindling and fire lighters are really good and make lighting the wood burner simple and quick.

Very happy Logs delivered at a particular requested time on one day, friendly staff, stacking service was worth it, and the wood burns very well. Much prefer this product to service station/supermarket wood, it is easier to light and keep burning.

Good quality wood

Friendly and helpful deliver guy but stacking left a bit to be desired and having dropped my DVD player onto the hearth it’s now heavily dented and cracked. An accident but no apology offered which would have gone a long way.

Prompt delivery of good quality dry logs when no other local company could supply. Delivery drive got stuck and made a mess of what really was not difficult access. Staff helpful and friendly. Could be of course be cheaper.

Bit pricier than the last logs I had but definitely burn better and hotter. Quick delivery with good communication when arranging the delivery. Cheerful delivery bloke despite it being very early! Will use again.
