After initial problems receiving and processing my order, when I contacted them Walkers Logs did everything they could to make up for the issue and went out of their way to deliver my order very quickly. The person who came was extremely polite and stacked the logs quickly and neatly as requested. Excellent customer service - I will definitely give them another shot.

Easy to order logs online orderd one day a phone call the next asking when we would like them delivered,that's what I call good old fashioned service it's the first time we have used walkers and it won't be the last.

It was easy to place my order online, I got a phone call the next day to arrange delivery and the logs were delivered 3 days later. The driver called me on the day to confirm his ETA and, having paid for the stacking service, he stacked all the logs neatly in my wood shed for me. The wood is burning nicely. All in all I'm very satisfied.
