So I made an order coming to £499. I get an email saying my order has shipped. Get a phone call a few days later & was told “you shouldn’t have been able to order that item as it’s not in stock”… ok… apparently their pharmacy dispatcher would call me the next day… nothing. Tried to call back, didn’t answer the phone, I had no idea what was going on as they never updated me & I never received the item. Had to call my bank & open a payment dispute as I never even got a refund. So bad, would give one star if I could. Money thieving. Will never order anything from them again.

After placing the order, sending in various proof of id as requested, I was then instructed that I needed an online interview too. This did not take place, as no connection was possible...not sure who was at fault? But I tried many ways to contact them to discuss this, sent several emails, rang and waited over 10mins each time. No response whatsoever. I am now trying to cancel my order and go elsewhere.

Ordered prescription it never arrived spent over £135 ! Promised refund. Fake pharmacy just a bunch of illegal scammers!

Total Scam! They take your order for which they do no have the products. Then don’t return the money they promised. Alerted fraud at the Met and trading standards. BBC also investigating now. Do not use EVER ! They post good fake reviews to get their ratings up. Don’t trust these thieves !

Do NOT use this company owe me money and say refund issued ? Not the case checked with bank. Also owe for an order which wasn’t delivered and Royal Mail confirmed not delivered. Avoid this company!! I’m now reporting to trading standards & the police for fraud .

Great service, very thorough when checking you are ordering the correct medication, which is very reassuring and shows that they put your welfare before profit. Super fast delivery with tracking provided. Would definitely recommend and will keep using this pharmacy.

These are untrustworthy. They incorrectly dispatched a cancelled order and despite having the goods back, they aren’t refunding my money! Having to open a dispute with the bank to get my money back. Avoid

I ordered the medicine on their website, since it's quite urgent, so I paid extra for the 24-hour tracked delivery, but it finally arrived 4 days after. I've already bought it somewhere else instead and asked for a refund, but they didn't even reply me.

Placed an order and cancelled it within 3 minutes, due to realising the dosage was 1/2 of what I’d asked for, but the same price as the full dose! Phoned them to follow up the cancellation and was assured they wouldn’t dispatch it. They dispatched it anyway, so I refused the order. They confirmed they had received confirmation that the order had been refused and they’d refund me as soon as they received the items back. A week later, still no refund and they don’t respond to any emails. Will have to open a dispute through my bank. I won’t be using these again, they are untrustworthy.

Horrible company. Shouldn’t be allowed to work in healthcare. Automated emails that don’t reflect the true status of the order. I received emails from them but the critical email to check ID is apparently unable to be sent?! They cancelled my order at the last minute. Should have their pharmacy license revoked.

After what seemed like a bumpy, albeit brief, first order I am eager to give these people the review they deserve. This pharmacy is a small, family run business that are unbeatable in service and price. I have been on Ozempic for a few months now, and honestly it has been a life-saver ! Unfortunately my provider was very very expensive and in times like this where everyone is pinching pennies, I was compelled to find something more affordable. Cue My London Pharmacy. Yes the prices are very very affordable and delivery is dependable! Initially I was a little sceptical and hesitant and perhaps a little too eager; they do tell you delivery is in 3 days and this because Ozempic needs to be reviewed and prescribed by a professional. Delivery is done via next day Royal Mail and they send you a tracking code so that you can monitor your order and pick it up at a Post if you are going to be out. All things said, if you know what Ozempic is and want a service with no fuss and frills, look no further. Hopefully will be purchasing more from this family run business soon.

Shocking service, despite me giving details of current medications I take, they authorised dispensing what I requested, it was only when I double checked myself that I became aware of the contraindications of taking the medication. I requested the order be cancelled and was advised a full refund would be given, 7 weeks later I am still waiting. Quite scary they dispensed the medication without reading the details I provided to them, dread to think what would have happened had I not double checked myself.
