Don’t risk it. Ordered piriton for my wife who suffers with season allergies over three weeks ago now. Order went through fine and was supposedly going to be despatched within 3-5 days. No sign of order over three weeks later. No tracking information. Pharmacy completely ignores all emails requesting an update. Going to have to report this matter to the bank in order to recover my monies. As they are a registered pharmacy and based on the many similar experiences I see here I will also consider how to best to escalate and report this.

Used this company to order fucidin h cream. When the pic came up on screen it clearly showed Fucidin H. So I filled out the questionnaire and my product was accepted. Minutes after receiving my confirmation email of purchase it said I had ordered Fucidin, which is not the same as the version I had requested. I phoned them the next day and was assured that the order would be amended. My order arrived and as wrong. I emailed them complain and 10days later still no reply. Avoid this company as they have mislead me twice and are false advising

Ordered my medication on Saturday and was told would arrive the following Monday. It's now Thursday evening and no delivery. All they tell me is I should have it soon and blamed the hot weather. Not good service for medication.

Bought a HRt treatment , my doctors gave me an appointment for 3 weeks , I went to my London pharmacy website did a questionnaire and they contacted me and made sure the treatment needed is the one I need . They also informed myGP for my patches . It’s so good these affordable pharmacies can literally provide. Abetted affordable service than your NHS GP. Would recommend.

Very disappointed with this company, only one of my 2 products arrived in post. Contacted 4 different ways and only reply a few days later and said they will refund my money cause they're having problems with stock. Asked more question about the time of refund and still no one bother to answer or contact me. Never going to order with them again.

Great speedy & friendly service

Easy to book, the test took all of 2 minutes to complete (a supervised antigen test) and I received my results 40 minutes later which specified my details, the type of test, my result and that it was supervised.

I had to get a fit to fly Covid test for travel to the USA Easy to book online and carried out at a local pharmacy Email result in 30 minutes
