It was for a Christmas present and when I emailed customer services all I got was a one line answer, saying all orders are delayed in transit with Royal Mail. We all knew Royal Mail was going to strike so why not use a different delivery service, if I had known Royal Mail was who you used I would not have placed my order due to knowing there were strikes.
