The order didn't arrive. It was due last Wednesday, it is now Monday. I emailed to see what was happening and in the reply I was told that Royal Mail was causing the delay. The RM tracking system still shows "sender dispatching item" on Monday, a week ago, as the first and only entry. Once I spoke to Clarisworld on the phone, they rearranged a nextday courier delivery and didn't charge me any postage. Almost two weeks later my original parcel was delivered by Royal Mail. Clarisworld organised a return label at no cost to me, to return the extra item at the post office and also thanked me for my honesty, which meant a lot to me.
