Large 'wicker' laundry basket ordered. Item that arrived was of extremely poor construction and materials. Customer care has been shockingly poor, they take forever to reply if they even bother to. If you must order from this company make sure you use PayPal otherwise you will not get your money back.

Purchased a large white wicker laundry basket which looked ideal on the website. I paid extra for quicker delivery with the item arriving promptly. Upon opening the box I found a substandard wicker basket, it's construction was from very thin and low quality 'wicker' looking material. There was already lots of pieces of broken basket lying in the box, even though the box was undamaged. I believe the basket would struggle to cope with a pair of socks and a pair of knickers!! Don't be fooled by the nice pictures on their website....made in China using very, very poor and weak materials!!!
