First I was told that the item was available, and then after s number of days after I have contacted them myself, I get to know that the item is not available!

Excellent service and delivery. What I really liked was the minimal packaging used for the product. It was just perfect. There have been times in the past using other suppliers, where the packaging for a photo album has been wrapped up like they were sending fragile home items and totally unnecessary.
