Item just as described / very good value / delivered quickly.

The item I ordered was an electric pencil sharpener. The ordering and delivery was good. However, when connected with USB it just made a whirring sound without sharpening a pencil. In the instructions it suggested the problem could be the safety cut off switch, but not where to find It!!! I then tried putting 4xAA batteries in, but that didn't work either as the battery cover would not close with the batteries in!!! No, I didn't send it back as I was not prepared to pay postage and waste any more money.

The box arrived having been resealed. It was quite damaged. The bag with the bits in was open and some of the screws were missing. Four of the screws were actually brown from rust and the front of the unit marked 1 is off white and is very noticeable.I am really disappointed with all of it.

Item arrived when expected, would have been nice if there hadn't been a picture of the contents on the outside of the box as it had been purchased as a gift and as I wasn't at home when it was delivered it was accepted by the recipient so it won't be a surprise when it is opened tomorrow.
