We had a great price from Zak for our 24 night cruise with Ambassador. He was very helpful and responded quick to any questions. There was only one oversight we had a £50 credit on account and we were not asked if we wanted to use it for this cruise.

Found the agent I spoke to informative about the cruise I was looking at as well as being personable. Gave recommendations and explained the reasons behind them once I made the initial choice. Didn’t feel rushed and felt I could have asked anything, basic or otherwise. Gave an amount of additional information that I would need to consider closer to the cruise such as need for visas, length of passport etc. Phoned latter with further questions and requests for additional costing and received the same high standards from the same agent who had given her direct line number. Booked after the second call. I benefitted by having book cruises before with ROL which meant I had cruise miles that allowed a further discount from the cruise

The experience of our first contact with the ROL company was really great. Unfortunately, our landline handset caused a real problem and we lost contact in middle the conversation but the ROL staff member Daren, was far deterred and persisted to make contact back with us. All was then continued through to our booking using my wife's mobile, and all was finalised very quickly and our full delight. Many operators would have given up and left us trying the contact.
