We used Display Wizard for a large conference at Excel London in January 2025. The team were outstanding in every way. They worked with us for months ahead of the event to support us with the design and planning of the stand. They responded quickly to everything and made the whole process so easy and straight forward. Unlike a lot of stand design companies I've dealt with before - they didn't add loads of extras on top to sneak up the price. It was one straight forward simple price. The stand looked incredible and we had several other exhibitors asking who we used. I can't thank the team enough or recommend them highly enough.

We enquired about a specific stand to check if it was available in a size more suitable for us, ideally 3x3m. On their website, the ‘Contact Us’ section requires a phone number to submit an enquiry. I provided one only because it was mandatory to send the enquiry. However, due to our busy schedule, I needed the flexibility to respond at my convenience and avoid potentially being tied up on the phone with a sales representative. For an initial contact like this, email communication is sufficient. A member of the sales team responded via email and mentioned he had tried calling but found the phone number didn’t work. He asked if there was another number he could use. I replied honestly, explaining that I had provided an incorrect number because I anticipated a potential sales call, and we are currently extremely busy. I reassured him that the product I linked was perfect, apart from the size, and asked if a 3x3m option was available. Here is a small part of the sales persons reply: "I don’t want to waste my time going back and forth with questions on email when I can get the answers to everything I need in 30 seconds.." The reply is fair enough but a terrible attitude to have towards a potential customer. I removed them from my short list and wont be buying anything from them in the future. Good job!

Everything about this company is exceptional. Was unsure which online company to go with for my exhibition stand. The sales team, graphics, and customer service have all been 5*.
