Not received

Haven't received parcel yet. Evri says they received it 4 days ago but still not out for delivery. Very sad as it was a limited edition item. Last one delivered by Evri had a label on saying fragile and don't leave on doorstep. The box and item were damaged and it was left in full sunlight on the doorstep. Not your fault but I don't hold out much hope for this parcel.
