Having moved house I was told by BT I couldn't have a landline!! MIH VoIP were helpful and swift getting my existing number to work over the Internet and via the app on my mobile. The prosess was simple and support provided at every step. Would recommend.

I have struggled over the past 3 weeks since getting Vodafone to install Fibre broadband to the premises (our house only) FTTP. The broadband is first class but we haven't been able to use the landline phone. I've spent 6 hours messing about with Vodafone, letting them use my mobile phone to view the installation here, waiting in phone calls for ages, writing to people on internet chat calls with Voda. Completely useless. Then I found MIH VoIP and a sister company via Google and their Antony Illingworth phoned me with the solution. All for a £1.07 converter lead. I still won't be able to use the phone. I'm going deaf from the earache my wife has been giving me, hopefully now to quieten. Thanks Antony. What a fantastic firm MIH VoIP is.

MIH VOIP have provided us with a great phone solution for our printing company, with our team being split between our office and production facilities we needed something versatile and specific to our needs. This wasn't a problem for MIH VOIP who helped plan the system and implement it quickly and effectively. Highly recommended and very happy with the service

I have tested the App for VoIP with MIH and can confirm that it is simple to use and not complicated. Easy on the eye and most definitely fit for purpose. I would highly recommend to people of all ages, providing they can use a mobile phone. However if someone can't used a mobile phone there is an option to be able to plug their existing phone into the router with an adapter. They think of everything at MIH and their customer service is second to none

When we decided to have all our bills in one place (UW) it meant changing all our service providers. Anthony was absolutely brilliant in solving the landline problem as we have slightly vague mobile reception in our area. He not only suggested a VoIP adapter to keep our landline - he also retrieved our original telephone number from the BT pool. To be recommended 110% for helpfulness, clarity and sense of humour (TBH worth a phonecall just for that)🤣! Thank you Anthony for making it all happen - delighted!!

I was very keen to move from an extremely poor level of copper/fibre offering to fast fibre but was put off by losing the landline. My partner has Parkinson’s and has terrible trouble holding a mobile phone, let alone making calls from one! I had bitten the bullet and had FTTP installed and mentioned the landline problem, in passing, to Antony, the Solutions Man. He came to my rescue – the landline was not working by now but he managed to recover the number and port it across. I needed to keep our existing 3 phone handsets for my partner’s familiarity of working and so took up the offer of the adaptor, which was very easy to install. My partner doesn’t even realise we no longer have a traditional landline and it’s easy for him to take calls from his family if I’m not around. One of the other benefits is that voicemails go to email so I know if he has not managed to pick up a call. I would recommend Antony to anyone with IT, telephony or any techie questions – his knowledge, superb personal service and patience are amazing. Thank you, Antony,

Antony was very helpful throughout the whole process, particularly concerning a delay in making the connection caused by OpenReach. I have a couple of small criticisms, but they have to do with matters over which he probably has no control. The first is that it would be useful if the application form had a field in which one's preference for voicemail messages could be indicated (Voicemail to Email or Voicemail to handset). The second is that the software doesn't allow the time display in a handset to be adjusted to UK time. It shows a time that's 6 hours earlier (I think it's US Central Time).
