Every aspect of getting my 92yr old grandfather a VOIP telephone has been superb, easy set up, fast delivery and now a safe and reliable way to keep in contact. Going digital was made very easy, especially as my grandfather now lives alone, It's important for him to have what he thinks is a landline.

I contacted MIH about moving to them as my new VoIP provider. After making a general enquiry they were quick to respond and really professional and friendly to deal with. Unfortunately due to contracts with my current provider i can not make a switch just yet, but thanks to the initial chat with MIH i have been able to get the most out of my current provider in the meantime. Im looking forward to being able to make the switch over and only wiah I`d found MIH sooner as it would have saved me £1000s over the course of the current contract.

Had a few teething troubles getting going, but endlessly helpful people made it all come together. I can now access both of my "landline" phones from an app on my mobile.
