I immediately noticed the part looked different but the staff explained that this was an upgrade to the old design and actually had more flexibility than the old part. They are a great company to deal with.

I contacted In Floor Pool Parts and they were very helpful and got the defective parts of the valve replaced and shipped the next day. Parts arrived in 2 days and were installed to fix the problem.
