Doesn't handle all of the Autumn leaves but a large percentage which means I don't have to watch over my shoulder all the time. That's the best part. Not having to worry all the time.

United States | 02 May 2014I have dealt with many online pool supply companies over the years - some have very good service with reasonable prices - depending on the specific item. Other companies have cheap prices on everything, but lack quality in the products and have poor customer service. One experience with those companies is more than enough. I'm sure anyone reading this review who has ever bought anything online have had the same experiences. It's often hit and miss. After finding InfloorPoolParts/com I have found their prices to be very competitive, their shippping is fast and their communication and service have been excellent. And they are very experienced and know their stuff. I've asked some questions about very specific parts and received honest and straight-forward answers - no double-talk. And you won't be sold a generic part, and told - "Here, this should fit". I needed some replacement parts which a couple of big name retail pool stores told me the part was so old that no one makes it any more. And that (their store) couldn't even special order it - I should be lucky to find an after-market replacement part. Well, after finding "InFloor" they not only had the right part, it was a new OEM in the original manufacture's packaging. So it isn't made any more? Oh, really?! InfloorPoolParts/com are now My #1 Source I go to First.

If you live in Phoenix, you can go to their physical location near Scottsdale Rd. and Shea and buy your parts in person if you don't want to pay shipping. I've done both and have always been very satisfied.

Theie webiste was understandable, my order was placed without confusion, confirmed then despatched and received in a few days (all very good in that I was continents away). The equipment was well packaged, clean and with clear instructions. Most importantly it works.
