Good, attentive service from Northern Paints and Coatings, who delivered the right items as soon as they good. Post Office tracking was utterly useless (yet again) and did not work at all (does it ever actually work?); but that does not detract at all from how good the products are; and how knowledgeable the staff are too. We were able to ask lots of questions about their products, and they provided expert advice. They were impeccable throughout and we wish them all the very best. We have more work to do on the house and will be buying more materials from Northern Paints and Coatings to finish the job.

Great company to deal with, very friendly and helpful staff. One slight dissappoinent was the carrier. Parcel Force, who damaged my consignment, which delayed the delivery. This however was ouwith the companies control and will not affect my rating. I must also add that they offer free delivery which is not common for addresses in Highland Scotland post codes.

Very good communication and quick delivery. I haven't used the product yet but was dismayed to find two of the four tubs that I had ordered smashed. When lifting these the packets of snowcem fell out the bottom. The bags of snowcem however were still intact.

Used Snowcem after a recommendation from a builder. I've used it on the interior of my garage (mix of brick and block) and it does exactly what it promises. The finished result looks amazing and I don't foresee any upkeep for a long time.

Great service and delivery in difficult times

It took me a while to find a Snowcem dealer in Belgium without succes. Thanks to Northern Paints and Coatings for having it send from UK to Belgium. It took a little while to get it but we're very glad to have it found.
