ordered 25kg snowcem paint arrived on time haven't used yet can't fault the service would use them again

Product great., delivery service poor Over a week to get product even though it was ment to be 48 hour delivery.did not get the brush I ordered online. Got a cheaper alternativex2 at the same price. Don’t blame the company just the couriers.

Item did not arrive by due date so queried it, company said order was completed; I responded how was it completed as I had not received item. Company came back to say item was out of stock and they would send a 5kg bag in place of the 2 x 1kg tubs and these were sent by 24hr delivery and it arrived as promised.

The People I spoke to on the phone were very good BUT my order took a week to arrive & nobody explained why? I was self employed before I retired & know we all have problems sometimes but be Honest & let people now!!.

To my surprise the paint arrived in powder form which was even better Easy to mix and apply with spray machine. I would advice to clean the machine good and proper after each use as the paint drys to a cement finish. Great product for long lasting life
