United Kingdom | 07 February 2025This lot are a joke, got a scarf mid December which turned up after Christmas so didn’t need it anymore, sent it back, first class, recorded delivery and requested a signature upon arrival - firstly they refused to take the package and it’s not been returned to me, trying to get these idiots to refund me is by far the most difficult thing I’ve ever tried doing. 100% avoid this lot

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025I ordered a scarf which arrived within a few days and decided to return for an exchange as the colours weren't quite what I wanted. The company have an address in Young Street for returns. The Royal Mail tracking informed me that this serviced office wouldn't accept it and my parcel is now somewhere in a depot for undelivered mail Edinburgh Cashmere don't answer calls or their contact form After a few emails they responded eventually, but didn't understand the issue, telling me to return my parcel! Their address is now 6 Warriston Terrace Edinburgh, a residential street. However, this has not gone on their glossy website. I have now contacted Trading Standards who are investigating.

Tried to contact them by phone and email but not once has anyone replied. Feeling like this is a scam and will be contacting my bank to pursue this.

United Kingdom | 06 January 2025Ordered two scarves separately 2 days apart. The second order received a confirmation of being sent with tracking the first did not. Spoke on the phone with someone who confirmed that it had been sent. Both scarves recieved and the quality is lovely. However, both scarves were ordered in the larger size. The first was smaller than the second, therefore was the wrong item. The smaller version of the scarf is £20 cheaper. I contacted Edinburgh cashmere via email providing photographic evidence of the size. This was sent of the 5th of December 2024. As yet, I have received no response.

They’d unfortunately not put the gift box with it however, responded to my email really quickly and sent me a box I received first thing the next morning, Christmas Eve. 10/10 customer service and a lovely scarf.

I also think when you look at other reviews, some people are getting this company mixed up with the actually legit company called Edinburgh Cashmere ( as opposed to this scam company of Edinburghcasmere.co.uk) who actually have a shop in Edinburgh. The real Edinburgh Casmere Company have a good reputation and this awful scam company have obviously copied their name to purposely mislead people. STAY AWAY FROM EDINBURGHCASHMERE. CO.UK

United Kingdom | 16 December 2024Customer service is awful. No response to emails or WhatsApp. Tried calling for days before getting through. Ordered on the 29 Nov 2024. Received no tracking number to be told it was Royal Mails fault. Received today and it was only posted the 14 December 2024. So basically they lied when saying the fault was with Royal Mail, they just hadn't posted it! Quality of item is ok. Not worth the money every at the 40% I got it for in the Black Friday sales. Would not recommend.

Requested a different item but havnt had no replies back, been calling loads everyday with no one pocking up. Left many messages and get no callback or reply back vis emails. Shit company, shit customer service i’ve ever had. I just want my many back otherwise will need to end up going to their actual address and collecting it back myself… totallly avoid this company

United Kingdom | 12 December 2024Little bit more than a month ago, I purchased a cashmere scarf. From the very first day I wore it, the edges began to fray as they were not properly finished. Additionally, the scarf shed excessively, leaving wool fragments all over my coat and sweater, which I had to take to the dry cleaner. I emailed the company requesting a refund or replacement, but I haven’t received a response in over a month. When I called, I was told that they’ve received thousands of emails and are unable to address my issue.
