My experience was awesome with best price nutrition! 9/10 so far. Jeff was amazing helping me figure out which supplements start with, lots of patience with my rookie questions, really nice and I really appreciated it. (11 out of 10) Now, why I took one star? Well the shipping took forever and I didn’t like it at all, it took a whole week to process my order, another day or two to ship and finally 5 days to get to my place. I really believe that shipping process can be improved a lot! So one less star for it. 0/10 (sorry) Can’t talk about the supplement yet, since I’m on it for just one week, I’ll be back reviewing both as soon as possible. Thank you BPN thank you Jeff!

The product prices and info are great. The website works great. Shipping takes 7 to 10 days. I know shipping is free but sometimes I can't wait. Other supplement websites have free faster shipping.

I love the products and your company. The only area I believe is an opportunity for improvement is the timing of the shipment after the order is placed. Further, my experience with USPS is better than UPS. Other than that I am very happy with Best Price Nutrition.

I ordered two orders from this place on March 20, 2023. Even paid for expedited shipping. I have received no update other than they are "backed up". I have since sent another email to try and get a shipping date but no response. At this point, I just want a refund. I would 100% recommend NOT using this place as it seems this a very common issue with multiple complaints. Update: Orders went out on March 27. Set to deliver today. I think better communication would help in these situations.
