Will not do business here again!! Very irresponsible employees!! I ordered 3 NOW zinc picolinates and then10 days later I get an email saying they're out of stock and if I want to keep the order open so when they come back in stock again they will ship it to me? so I called the store and I told the employee I would like to keep the order open and just ship them to me when they're back in stock, and then I get an email 5 days later saying the order has been cancelled. Then I called in and spoke to the same incompetent person who screwed up the order and he said he was sorry and if I wanted to make a hole new order? and I said no. I will not order from a company that's this incompetent!!

I like yall very much and yall better then lot of other supplement companies wish yall had more bulking supplements tho

Item was shipped within a week even with the coronavirus restrictions. Item arrived in great condition too!

One of my items was in stock. The other two were not. I received a message to say that with items being out of stock, my order is on hold until all items are in. I wrote that the in-stock item should be shipped to me and I will wait for the other items. This only makes sense to me. I would think that in-stock items would ship immediately. I appreciated the message about the out of stock items. Though, oos should be listed on the shopping page so people know that the item is not available.

Unlike the competition these guys sold me things they actually had in stock and were extremely fast!

Communication about products on backorder was poor. Weeks went by without any communication about a product that had apparently ran out. I had to initiate my concerns via email about why I had not received my order before communication improved. I would have preferred to have at least received part of my order than nothing at all for weeks. In the end, communication improved and I was able to obtain a replacement product similar to the one I had originally ordered.
