Not the best communication regarding out of stock order. When i informed them of the item i wanted instead of the one out of stock, they didn't make it clear that the other in stock items would be delivered separately.

Gave me the best extra ever. Lots of protein bars to go with my supplements I ordered. I was told i would receive extra protein bars, but at the same time i wasn't expecting so many protein bars, which i'll be happy to use. I have no other choice but to give a 5 out of 5 stars! Plus for anyone else who qualifies they have financing with sezzle, so just a bit of extra info for other buyers.

Twice in a row i ordered sale items from you and you charged me the full price twice i had to call you and take time out of my day to get these problems fixed with your employees who acted as if i was bothering them both times i had to wait to get the money back on my acount. if i can find another company that carries the products i use you will never hear from me again. If not i will relucantly by from you. And i will make sure that you cannot cheat me again ps before this happened i wrote you a very complimentary review. Do not for one minute that i some nut who likes to complain over nothing

I placed an order and heard nothing for a week, although the email said it typically ships in 1 business day. With Covid impacting supply chains, I gave them some bonus days & reached out only to find out the products are out of stock (seasonal products mind you, so unlikely to come back in). No one contacted me, no email, nothing. The response I got was it’s out of stock, pick another flavor... Um, no? I would like a refund, so I’m guessing I need to wait another 24 hours for a response. Poor communication on their end, I’ll never buy from them again. I’d rather go from a trusted website than one who was relying on me to reach out for a hold up on their end.
