I ordered a few parts from Vanstyle... the delivery company DID deliver the item. They decided to not knock on the door however and simply stick the box in the alley ON TOP OF THE BINS BAGS ... ON COLLECTION DAY. Guess where my delivery went... in the back of a bin wagon.

Ordering process 5 stars Website 5 stars Delivery time 5 stars VW T5 wheel arch and side trims ordered 2 stars. Double sided holding tape sticky protector not completely applied resulting in loss of stickyness and as a result two parts of the kit falling off in transit and not able to find. Unfortunately missing plastics can’t be purchased separately so had to remove from van resulting in the good parts of the adhesive pulling my lacquer off a newly painted door!!! No instructions with kit or wipes to prep. Couldn’t get through to customer service on phone so left a message and to be fair they did call me back and the chap was very helpful but couldn’t resolve the missing parts of the kit that had fallen off. I’ll still purchase from Van Style as they have some great kit. Just putting this down to bad luck.

Really bad customer service. They sent me and charged a order twice. After return the double item they haven`t refunded me the shipments costs. I won`t buy from them anymore.

The experience on the whole was positive but I was able to purchase a product online which had been discontinued, resulting in this product not being sent out and having to arrange a refund. It is important to ensure your online products are available to your clients.

Vw caddy 2022 front spoiler paint has started flaking after nine months and they think it’s because of stone chips not because of the plastic is not keyed for the paint to take hold they won’t except under warranty I was told this after 40 minutes of being kept on hold and other times can’t even get through to them customer services shocking and items are not far for that don’t buy from them also other items have come damage or have been delayed very poor customer service.

It would help if the instruction photos were clearer once drawings understood it was so easy to install having said that it a lovely bit of kit looks really and hides a bad scratch on bonnet far cheaper than a respray highly recommend

Two items were ordered for a holiday on 7/6/24, 1 x Climair Front Wind Deflectors - Transit Custom 2012-2023 (DF-46092) = £48.95 1 x Thermal Blinds Front Set 3 Piece - Ford Transit Custom 2012-2023 (VA8447) = £66.29 with a postage cost of just under £13.00, after numerous emails stating that the items were needed by the 16/6/24 one of the items, thermal window blinds, was delivered on 14/6/24, the second one was attempted to be delivered on 17/6/24, which was too late as we had already gone on holiday. With such a high delivery cost i thought that they would have been posted out sooner? The window blinds were over double the price of ebay so i thought that they would be a really good fit. The quality is ok and the side windows do fit well but the front screen ones don’t fit very well at all and have to be moved around a bit to get cover, bought for a ford transit custom. So over all not a great experience for items or postage. Cant rate the wind deflectors as they didn't arrive on time and will probably go back to supplier? In the end with postage i paid nearly £80 for window blinds that dont fit that well 😐

Very poor, unexcepatable length of time for dispatch of something in stock followed by very expensive delivery which was longer than normal postal delivery

Great product, looks fantastic and seems it will be tough enough. Nicely shaped to fit the bumper. Easy to fit, though I did have to drill pilot holes for the screws with a 1mm bit.

Ordered items and all arrived in good condition and top quality!

Very disappointing I ordered an item had email to say being processed waited a week then email to say not available anymore then almost a week to get money back

10 days delivery of stock items. It took a whole week to pick the items and to post. Web Site states that they work on same or next day posting of items. Two emails sent and ignored. Several attempts to phone as you were always kept waiting long periods. Can't comment on items at the moment as I haven't fitted them yet. They do look as advertised though.
