My son purchased a side door window for a renault traffic, through their eBay shop. Great price. Simple instructions and easy to fix. Only issue was when I opened the original order the sliding glass was shattered. Obviously a problem with that specific currier. Contacted vanstyle through ebay and they sent me a replacement which i had within the week. No quibbling and no extra charge. Obviously disappointed with the currier, not vanstyle as it appeared well packaged. No hesitation using them again.

Bought a fly screen for my camper van £78 very disappointed if l could have seen it in the flesh l definitely would not have bought it,would have expected to pay around £20 for it.

wrong item sent 2 times, then rear spoiler was absolute rubbish, it had more pit holes in it than a dart board, have to say their customer service is one of the worst i have ever had to deal with, DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME FOLKS !!!

Ordered a part. Got the wrong part. We all make mistakes. A phone call and Email later and part I wanted was dispatched and received a few days later. Would recommend and use again.

I am trying to order but after 4 times no one has come back to me. Also after emailing the customer service i am not getting any reaction.

Ordered a vw wheel nut removal tool costing £2.24. On their website it states postage according to size and weight, minimum £1.78. I was charged £5.39 and the item weighed next to nothing and came in a small Jiffy bag with a second class large letter stamp. I emailed them to ask why I was charged £5.39 but they did not have the decency to reply.

Ordered a set of mud flaps for my T6.1 which were meant to be easy to fit. These arrived very quickly and the overall ordering experience was good. However there were no instructions provided so was left to youtube videos of other products to solve that. Main problem is that the well-nuts supplied wouldn't go in the holes they were meant to, simply too wide. Tried email for support but got no replies at all. Managed to fit them after sourcing some alternative parts but hasn't left a good experience at all when it comes to customer service and after sales support and left me wondering about the quality of the product itself.

Awesome product, good price and super customer service. Ordered black out blinds which I was very impressed with. Unfortunately one of the tracks was damaged but a quick mail to them and a replacement was sent out the next day. I found I did need to wait a short while between messages but no more than a day. DHL deliveries were OK with rather a lot of update messages feeling a bit like spam but not Vanstyle’s fault. Will certainly be buying more from them in the future.

The bits my van needed to be cool! Quickly dispatched, slight issue was promptly rectified with no hassle. I have no hesitation in recommending Vanstyle or indeed making future purchases myself.

Great product and quickly dispatched, unfortunately DHL, lost part of parcel. These things happen but lead to multiple long call waits for me to get resolved. Vanstyle did then send another out for me so good resolution.

Recommend - I order from their website when I need to buy something for my VW. My purchases arrive on time. However, last time I could not reach out the customer service through the phone.

Taken over a week to get here and it’s still not here. Had notifications from DHL that they had it three times and yet still not out for delivery. Not great delivery

**** Do not use this company!!!!******* communication and customer service is terrible, cancelling orders after a few days due to "no stock" but continued to list the same items. Be warned, shop elsewhere!!!!!
