i purchased what i thought was B14 rear springs, but got rear adjustable seat units in error as the pic on the website was misleading when i placed my order online. had i been able to get through on the phone i's have done via the phone. I got my order within 2-3 days, spotted the error and called straight away and on hold 2 hours 2-3 times over a few days to notify. i was told by Nigel to print the returns and send back (which i did) and i'd get a full refund.. i sent back by TNT and 6 days after their return no payment so called again (1.1/2 hours on hold again) once through i was asked for delivery proof which I informed them a signature of *** received my delivery. i was then asked to send proof via email which is pretty insulting, so i did and only then did they acknowledged my refund.. i didn't get a full refund even though there website states if goods are non faulty and back within 14 days a full refund will be made including carriage ... i challenged this and told it says no such thing and it states if order in error carriage down to you, but nowhere on the returns does it say this... i send proof in a screen shot and haven't heard from them since, and haven't got the money back either...i tried ordering the springs from them and told they weren't due until October, so i asked if the Komfort ones were a replacement and he didn't have a clue. i called and ordered my replacements Komfort springs from transporter HQ as they knew straight away and that these are the upgraded versions i was initially after... I will not use this company again ...

Set of LED headlights for my T5 have failed within a year and the full unit now needs to be replaced. Vanstyle wont send a replacement until the failed unit is returned meaning the van will be off the road. No refund offered either. Poor customer service.

Nice blinds, they fit well front windscreen and side windows, but for the life of me i can’t get the rear suction cups to stay stuck due to the rear heated window veins, I’ve tried to add clear plastic to see if that gave any better surface but still can’t get the rear blind to stay put for more than 30 mins. Not ideal.

Ordered side bars for t6.1 they arrived damage.. tried calling but after 1hr 20 in the queue i was still number 10 away from speaking to someone.. I emailed which i did get a respinse a day later offering a discount for the damage.. I just want undamaged parts to fit my van.. they sent out another set of bars which are also damaged So emailed again to get both damaged sets sent back for a refund and im now being ignored… Im raising it as a dispute with the credit card company now.. let them deal with it..

The cost of a telephone call for help with a product I bought cost more than the goods and no one answered after 5 hours although I went from 5 to 2 in the queue. I wonder if this company is a scam.

Absolute rubbish Company who I hope to never have to deal with again!! They have only 1 representative on the phone line! I waisted 2 hours of my valuable life on the phone only to be cut off. This is after numerous attempts in the days before And numerous emails. This company should sell up!! and let someone else with a business head, and customer service skills run it professionally. Hopefully I will not have to use them again.

BOUGHT A SET OF BLINDS FOR MY T6.1, THE BLINDS ARRIVED AND THE QUALITY WAS GOOD....BUT THEY DIDNT HAVE THE SUCTION PADS WITH THE BLINDS TO ATTACH TO THE WINDSCREEN. TRIED EVER FORM OF CONTACT WITH THE FIRM....NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! DONT BELIEVE IM ON MY OWN LOOKING AT FACEBOOK.

An order arrived with an item that was defective, I contacted them a week ago and still haven't had a reply even after going onto live chat to try and sort this, I have also tried calling and even at number 1 in the queue they don't answer, it just keeps ringing, over half an hour and they still haven't picked up. I won't be buying from them again. If you have a Transporter then use Transporter HQ, their customer service is awesome, within 30 minutes of reporting a defective part they had picked, packed and sent a replacement and I received it the next day, this is how it should be done.

You sent me the wrong parts. Have been trying to get in contact with you since Friday 25th August with no reply. Was on hold Friday for an hour and a half, Saturday for an hour and Monday for half an hour. Gave up in the end. Have emailed and Facebooked message too with no reply. Emailed this morning and still no reply! Totally unprofessional customer service. I have wasted my time trying to get in contact with your business and I am still no further on. Terrible experience!!!!!!!
