Great website, easy ordering process & very happy with the products received.

I ordered the wrong part which is totally my fault. when I called van style to ask for some advice and was held in a que for 90 mins and the call dropped, I tried again and again held in a que for 50 mins and the call dropped. I emailed them 6 times and no reply so I went online and was chatting to a robot about my experiences with Vanstyle and was told they had escalated problem and somebody would be contacting me to help. Then about 4 hours later i got an email from vanstyle saying they had sent the correct order ( which I knew ) and no advice or help with info on how to return and exchange .... KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE TERRIBLE AFTER SALES !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick delivery and perfect fit. Outer packaging damaged but both side step & rear threshold cover in perfect condition. Both fit like a glove. Perfect thank you !

Ordered sidebars and unfortunately 1 had dents..Vanstyle sent another one after a couple of online chats and emails with proof.Very happy with service from Vanstyle.

The ordering and receipt of order were fine, but one of the products, a mosquito screen for a Crafter camper van, did not fit the space correctly, therefore I wish to return it and get a refund of my £65.00. I tried to call your company on 6 occasions and the no. of callers before me grew from 6 to 12 during those 6 calls. I also e-mailed with my complaint on Thursday 10 August, and have received no reply as yet.

Bumper protector had a small crack, decided to fit it anyway as I didn’t want to get caught up in the usual towing and froing, sending stuff back and forth especially at over £21 delivery charges… A bit disappointing but had this before with a few companies, not worth the effort getting upset.

Was dissappointed with the look of the circles over the grill.

Great service in terms of speed and packaging. Slightly disappointed with the finish in one wing mirror which didn’t have a sharp molding impression sanded prior to painting. Happy to supply photos.

Contacted supplier regarding an issue with a window blind. The wiper motor cut out does not line up with the actual wiper motor. I was asked to send a picture of the issue which I did but never heard back. This was in May and I have now received an email asking for a review!

Impossible to get through on the phone, so emailed my enquiry, but never received a reply. Shame because I have been happy with stuff I've bought and customer service in the past
