Have not received order for bat yet . Paid good money on February 11th for 2nd day air. It is now February 18th and UPS site states that package went from Florida to Kentucky to CANADA and has been sitting there for days. I live in NM! Reached out 3 times to HB sports with no luck getting a call back or someone on the line. This was our team bat so with that said , we missed 3 practices already.

I bought a Rawlings catcher's set and something happened to me that had never happened before, the leg guards had no cushioning when blocking, it hurts a lot to throw myself to the ground, my rollers suffer a lot and not even my 5-year-old knee pads feel this bad. I sent an email to see if they could help me and their response was something like "oh I'm sorry, we can't do anything, I apologize." Total helplessness.
