Quick service, good product received

I ordered a bat from Headbangers this weekend and they shipped it immediately only taking 4 days to arrive(Can't ask for anything better than that with free shipping!). When I received it, I noticed it had two minor scratches(Not Headbangers fault- it shipped from the manufacturer that way). I called them and immediately got an answer from Chris A.(Not a robot, which was wonderful) and he helped me right away to find a resolution. They are already shipping me a new one in exchange. Unfortunately, I can't use the bat in my game this weekend but these guys did everything they could to remedy an unfortunate situation. This company should be everyone's go-to and will be mine.
