I purchased a beautiful Turkish rug today and actually enjoyed the retail experience that I received from Jasmine. Such a delightful young woman who is an all-rounder employee. I found her to be placid, kind friendly and a gentle person to speak to but in saying that very well experienced in dealing with the public. I called into this store the day before to view carpets for our lounge room and returned today to purchase it. It's so lovely to experience her calming presence, which is very peaceful. I observed her yesterday in dealing with the public and excels in this field. Jasmine is definitely a 5 star employee. Thank "you" Jasmine and a pleasure to get to know you.

Awesome, interested service. Very friendly and helpful. Didn't get "in our faces " but gave us space and time to choose. I would recommend them for carpets and rugs of which they have an amazing variety. This is at the Bundaberg shop.

Today we visited Cyrus Rugs at Slacks Creek with the intention of just looking at what was available. We had no intention of buying. We were very warmly greeted by Naam and informed her of the reason for our visit. She was absolutely charming and professional and although she knew we weren’t buying, treated us as if we were spending thousands. She did not apply any pressure but we ended up buying three rugs just because of her guidance and suggestions. She is an absolute asset for Cyrus Rugs and you will not be disappointed if you visit the store.

Last week we had a great experience. Lady was so knowledgeable and professional! We bought 5 rugs and really would like to say huge thanks to her for all her advices and her impeccable taste. Without her it would be hard to decide. Only thing is that the owner needs to think how to make the job easier for a young lady working there, because lifting carpets up...very hard, I believe. I have visited and bought many rugs from Alex at the Lismore store and also others from the Nerang store. Always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Huge range of stock and prices are competitive. I was waiting on a delivery to the Lismore store when the floods hit and worried that my purchase would have been forgotten, I had paid for it. On a visit to Ballina, noticed the Cyrus rug store across from Bunnings so went in. Alex happened to be there, remembered the purchase, looked it up and I had the rug a few days later. Rugs are good quality, will definitely be back.

I visited the new Bundaberg Store and Darren was amazing! Very patient and accommodating and calming, especially with a very verbal tween offering an opinion. I was worried about the size of the rug fitting in my car, no worries Darren said. He was right, he made it fit! Considering the amount of rugs I made him pull from the bottom of the pile, Darren was extremely obliging and genuine. Will definitely be back for my next rug, soon. Cheers Darren!
