We ordered a pasta and calzone quite late on a Wednesday night, the food was gorgeous and piping hot, definitely recommend folks

I've had boxes from Pasta evangelists for a while - good variety of dishes and tasty pasta. I had a small issue with my order, but it was solved very quickly - great customer service.

Very convoluted process of unsubscribing. What I thought was a one off order became a subscription. Shame as their ravioli is actually very nice.

If i could give less than a star i would. Pasta was overcooked, barely had any filling inside and very dry. Lasagna was fully burnt and absolutely not edible, the meat was off, it went straight to the bin. Truffle pasta was burnt too, it is ridiculous to charge £13 for something you cannot eat without food poisoning.

My email address was changed by Pasta Evangelists in error, unbeknownst to me. The consequence was that I did not receive notification of their suggested monthly order, nor confirmation of the order. I subsequently received a text notification that an order of 12 meals I was unaware of and did not want would arrive in 15 minutes. I immediately spoke to customer services who realised the mistake and agreed to refund the £100 taken. Pasta Evangelists have since reneged on that offer, and will not refund the order. They have admitted it was their error, and that the service was poor, but no refund. Please do not sign up to a monthly plan with Pasta Evangelists. They propose a suggested menu, but should you not receive notification you are liable to pay, whether you have ordered it, and whether you want it or not. Sharp practice. Be warned, Pasta Evangelists may have started as a quality company, but they are now more concerned with the profit and the bottom line than their customers.

Review for the same day delivery service in London. They used to be amazing. Completely different from anything else out there. That's all changed. It's overcooked and watery. Really no different from primary school pasta. Something's changed and I'd urge you to watch out. And - customer service is hilarious, they're obvs saving money on that along with the food. You get a standardised AI generated response to any complaints. Which is so transparently awful that they're clearly opted for the bronze level package.

Pasta always tastes delicious it’s like having an authentic Italian dish at home well priced and so fresh , with the added advantage of freezing for when you are ready to eat these delicious meals

The Truffle Mac and Cheese has had its ingredients changed. Used to receive it in a carboard oven box and now its in a plastic box and the cheese and flavour is no where near as good as it once was. vey disappointing!

Gorgeous tasty food, so fresh and delicious. Great choice of menu and the desserts are divine. They deal with customer service so well. A great company.

I had a slightly unusual query, checking that a text which I had received purportedly from a delivery company was in fact a scam designed to get me to reveal personal details. Joyce dealt with the matter extremely competently and efficiently, checking the system and confirming my suspicions. She followed this up with a lovely email. Pasta Evangelists' Customer Relations section is as good as their meals - second to none!

Order £45 plus of pasta for a dinner party - By the way whilst they confirm the day on the website - they miss making it clear that it can be up until 9pm at night - A tad late unless your in Madrid - and worse still when it does not turn up - What has happened Pasta Eva..- you used to be reliable- Never again- a company looking to be on the brink of folding.

Ordering is easy, prices are reasonable, delivery is good and the quality of the food is outstanding. I can honestly say that we’ve never had a dish that we didn’t enjoy.

Amazing tasty pasta. I had the chargrilled chicken, wild mushroom sauce pasta. I have to say this was so refreshing and delicious such a satisfying meal.

I received a gift box from a friend a few years ago and was impressed with the quality, ease and quickness of the recipe kit provided. I have since sent pasta gift boxes to friends and family for their birthdays or for times in need i.e. home after having a baby - knowing these recipe kits provided fresh quick good meals. Very happy so far with the service and delivery.

Made an order through Uber eats. A small order 2 hot dishes and 3 sides. Only one hot dish and item missing from a side dish. We called customer services in order for them to rectify their mistake by sending out the hot dishes again. They were totally unwilling to do this for us. We were told to go back to Uber eats. Anyone who has tried that knows that is impossible. We would have to re order again. This experience completely soured our Saturday night. Never again will I use them again but I will advice others not to either.

Pasta Evangelists is absolutely scrumptious. We ordered the lasagne and the amatricana which was just so flavourful, the tomato and rosemary focaccia bread was so fluffy and soft and hit the right spot and the profiteroles were just... *chef's kiss. First time ordering from here and will definitely be ordering from here again.
